HttpEntryResolver class

Resolves an entry code against the issuer's own host.

The address is derived per call rather than configured once, because the resolver operates the entry host domain (§2). A fixed endpoint alongside a set of claimed hosts is the shape that silently sends one issuer's code to another issuer's registry — and a wrong answer there decides what the viewer is shown and what authority they are handed.

Properties

hashCode → int
The hash code for this object.

runtimeType → Type
A representation of the runtime type of the object.

Methods

noSuchMethod(Invocation invocation) → dynamic
Invoked when a nonexistent method or property is accessed.
inherited
resolve(String code, {required String host, required String locale}) → Future<EntryTarget>
host is the claimed host the code arrived on. It is required rather than configured once because the resolver operates the entry host domain (§2): the host says which registry this code belongs to. A build that claims two hosts and asks one fixed resolver would be asking the first issuer about the second issuer's code.
override
toString() → String
A string representation of this object.

Operators

operator ==(Object other) → bool
The equality operator.

Constants

defaultResolverPath → const String
The resolver path space on the issuer's host. One value for every issuer: a host reads every claimed domain with one controller, so a per-issuer path would make the second issuer unreadable.
