AuthorizedConnector typedef

AuthorizedConnector = Future<Client> Function(StreamableHttpTransportConfig transport, RequestHeadersProvider headers, Client httpClient)

Connects a streamable-HTTP server whose requests carry host-answered credentials. Injected in tests; the default builds the protocol client on the transport directly, the one place a per-request header provider and an observing HTTP client can be handed in.
