SettingsReturnWaiter class abstract
Opens a settings screen and waits until the user is back in the app, so the flow can re-check what they changed there.
Injectable because a widget test has no Settings app to return from;
FakePermissionPlatform users pass ImmediateSettingsReturnWaiter.
