HmrComponentNode class
A source-stable boundary around a Bloom component during DDC development.
id is derived from the declaring library and component method by Bloom's
dev compiler. The browser runtime uses the boundary to replace a component
subtree without remounting unrelated siblings. Non-browser renderers treat
it transparently by evaluating builder.
