readsOutsideTransaction property
Default true: PostgreSQL defaults to READ COMMITTED, where each
statement reads its own snapshot even inside a transaction, so the reads
before a transaction's first write don't need its BEGIN.
Set it to false (config readsOutsideTransaction: false) if the
server's default_transaction_isolation is REPEATABLE READ or
SERIALIZABLE, where the reads of a transaction share one snapshot.
