Spec<T>.allOf constructor

Spec<T>.allOf(
  1. Iterable<Spec<T>> specs
)

Creates a spec satisfied when every spec in specs is satisfied.

The iterable is consumed and copied when this factory is called, so later changes to the source do not affect this spec. Infinite iterables cannot be used, and iteration errors occur during construction. Evaluation short-circuits at the first unsatisfied spec. An empty iterable is satisfied.
