NetworkException class

A request that did not complete: no connection, a timeout, a cancel, or a response cut short. Thrown by NetworkClient.execute and NetworkClient.executeMultipart in place of the engine's own exception, so failure diagnostics can name what went wrong without knowing the engine. An HTTP error status is not one of these: it arrives as an ordinary NetworkResponse.
