MigrationGenerator class
Generator for database migrations Generates migrations in .migration.g.dart as part of the database file
Uses stored schema JSON to detect changes:
- If no previous schema exists: generates initial migration (version 1)
- If schema changed: generates diff migration for the changes
- If no changes: generates empty migration file (just extension)
