ElSafeArea class
使用 ElApp 所在的 context 访问 MediaQuery 对象填充安全边距，它与原生 SafeArea 的区别在于，
祖先使用 SafeArea 添加安全内边距会删除使用的内边距，这会导致后代组件可能无法正确添加安全边距。
