EnumListParam<T extends Enum> class

An enum list parameter.

Provides type-safe list parameters using Dart enums. Values are stored as strings (enum names) in the environment variable and parsed back to enum values at runtime.

Example:

enum Region { usCentral1, europeWest1, asiaNortheast1 }

final regions = defineEnumList(Region.values);

// At runtime
final selectedRegions = regions.value(); // Returns List<Region>
