Conteúdo da barra lateral: área de user/admin no topo, menu de navegação (com itens clicáveis e expansíveis) e o botão "Sair" no rodapé.
É usada tanto como sidebar fixa (desktop) quanto dentro do drawer (mobile/tablet).
