AdaptiveRefreshIndicator class

Adaptive pull-to-refresh that renders RefreshIndicator on Material and CupertinoSliverRefreshControl on Cupertino.

On Cupertino, the child must be a scrollable widget (e.g. ListView). The widget wraps it in a CustomScrollView with a CupertinoSliverRefreshControl prepended.
