wireDump property
Opt-in raw wire-dump capture (issue #385 F5). When true, every
ModelRequestEvent carries rawWireDump — the serialized outbound
request JSON BEFORE provider shaping; hosts redact through their
active pipeline and cap before persisting. Default: false.
