StatusLineSeparator class final

One resolved separator style: the glyph between group members (left/right by group direction) and the optional end caps that bridge the band fill into the terminal bg (capAfterLeft closes the left group, capBeforeRight opens the right one).

Caps are BAND edges, not segment content: they are painted by S3's band composer (#806) reading these fields — fg=band-bg per omp's useBgAsFg, which only makes sense once the composer also paints the band fill this render-only story deliberately drops (the same split as StatusLineSpec.transparent). The span stream here stays cap-free; glyph parity with omp is pinned by tests.
