TuiStatusLine class final
The TUI status bar engine. Construct once with a resolved StatusLineSpec; call render per frame tick with the host-built StatusLineSnapshot and the terminal width. Pure — no IO, no clock, no theme-controller reads: layout is raw-string math, colors are the write-time statusLineStyle seam.
