Set<String> const childInjectedToolNames

Tool names the executor injects into every child registry per spawn (_childToolRegistry). subagentMonitoringTools carries the same pair for the PARENT surface, so a host building a child surface from its registry should exclude these — passing them through registers reply twice; since issue #862 that degrades into a recorded duplicate note (child-specific tool wins) instead of killing the spawn.
