Implementation Notes

• Android uses intents to open an email app. Attachments are copied into the app's cache directory and shared through the plugin's FileProvider.
• iOS uses MFMailComposeViewController.
• macOS uses NSSharingService with .composeEmail.
• iOS and macOS open a mailto: link when the native composer is unavailable.
