Whether this material's color is display-referred (already final screen values) rather than scene-referred radiance.
A display-referred surface is drawn into its own layer past the tone
curve and composited onto the resolved image, so its colors survive
exactly. Captured widgets are the motivating case, and
WidgetComponent turns it on for the material it owns. The surface is
still depth-tested against the scene, but it receives no exposure,
grading, tone mapping, fog, bloom or depth of field, and it is not
ordered against translucent geometry.
A material that returns true must write display-encoded color premultiplied by alpha, not linear HDR.
