PreviewEntry class
One preview, as the generated harness hands it over.
build is a thunk rather than a widget because a preview is built inside
the test body: the annotation's wrapper runs there, under the canvas the
entry is judged on, and a widget built at table-construction time would have
been built under whatever the previous entry left behind.
