GenUiFunctionGenerator class
Generates a ClientFunction for every top-level function annotated with
@GenUiFunction.
Like the widget generator, the annotation is matched by name and package
rather than through a Dart import of package:genui_gen, which depends on
Flutter and cannot be loaded into the build_runner isolate.
