The bd init flags an isolated fixture store cannot be built without.

Named individually so an installed binary that lacks one says WHICH, rather than skipping a whole suite behind "requires bd". --proxied-server-port is in the list because a store that lets bd pick the proxy's port cannot prove afterwards that the proxy answering it is its own.
