CachedNetworkImage class
An ImageProvider that fetches an image from a URL using CrossCache. Copied from Flutter's NetworkImage class.
This provider integrates with CrossCache to download the image data, store it in the cache, and then load it for display. It also handles reporting chunk events for download progress.
