Das Secret fuer verifyInventoryWebhookSignature. Es kommt genau
einmal, bei createWebhook bzw. rotateWebhookSecret; danach gibt der
Server es nie wieder aus. Nach einem Wechsel gilt sofort nur das neue.
Nicht in ein Protokoll schreiben.
