LLIsolate class
A bidi isolate, expressed as a WIDGET rather than as Unicode control characters.
docs/rtl-and-plurals.md forbids FSI/PDI/LRM/RLM from ever entering a
stored value, and a Flutter paragraph carries exactly one direction — so
the only way to isolate a Latin run inside an Arabic sentence is to lay it
out in its own render object. That also makes "this run is isolated" a
structural assertion instead of a golden image.
