SqliteDriver.openReadOnly constructor

SqliteDriver.openReadOnly(

)

Opens an existing database file using SQLite's native read-only mode.

Reads and ordinary serializable transactions are supported; persistent writes fail at the database engine. Temporary tables follow SQLite rules.
