TaskDraggingStrictSplitMixin mixin
Mixin strictly containing the original logic for horizontal task dragging (move, resize start, resize end) from _GanttChartWidgetState.
It manages the _dragInfo state and contains the methods for initiating,
updating, and finalizing horizontal drag operations, replicating the original
functionality exactly.
Must be mixed into a class that extends State<GanttChartWidget>.
