The content key for the given inputs, for tests.

The key is what makes "a stale binary is never reused" true, so it is the part worth pinning directly: asserting on the shared binary itself would mean asserting on state that other suites in the same dart test run are legitimately allowed to rebuild, which is how a guard becomes flaky.
