Future<TRowsCount> execSQLAsync()

@@@ DML: synchronous execSQL into the queue → await to send it. @@@ Returns rowsAffected after flushing (the value cached inside the synchronous execSQL is @@@ -1 before flushing; what's returned here is the real backend value)
