Apple Keychain implementation for locksmith_flutter.

Provides the platform:keychain backend on iOS and macOS: RSA key generation, RSA-PSS-SHA256 signing, and RSA-OAEP-SHA256 encrypt/decrypt via the Security framework.

End-user apps should depend on locksmith_flutter, not this package directly.

Integration tests for the full platform flow live in the repository example/ app.
