AdNativeView class

Zero-CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift) container for Native ads.

Automatically collapses to SizedBox.shrink if the user is premium. Layout dimensions and native view factory bindings are governed by the NativeAdTemplate enum (NativeAdTemplate.big, NativeAdTemplate.medium, NativeAdTemplate.small).
