StsTestStep class
The test step for executing the Sit-to-Stand (STS) test.
Handles sensor streaming, provides real-time progress feedback for UI, and passes collected data to StsProcessor. The user interface is defined in StsTestStepUI. Used as part of the StsTask sequence.
