LoggingHttpMessageHandlerBuilderFilter class
A filter that adds a LoggingHttpMessageHandler to the HTTP client pipeline for all named clients.
This filter is automatically registered when using HttpClientFactoryServiceCollectionExtensions.addHttpClient.
