Browser-only parser loading. Import this from a host's conditional web implementation so static analysis can resolve the Wasm transport on any OS.

The web transport: comrak compiled to wasm32-unknown-unknown, loaded
through
dart:js_interopalone, so it works under dart2js (Fleury) and dart2wasm (Flutter web). Creation is asynchronous; parsing is synchronous.
