FeatureGate class final

FeatureGate — контроллер доступа по feature-флагу.

Отображает child, если заданный флаг активен, иначе — fallback.

Используется для:

Работает в паре с FeatureFlagsController, который должен быть обернут через FeatureFlags на уровне MaterialApp.
