SessionCliCommand class final
The fa session subcommand (issue #198): tree-grouped session listing;
gh-1073 adds the repair verb for bloated ledger surgery.
list prints every session in the shared root — the tree view (children
nested under their parent) by default, the legacy flat list under
--flat; --json emits one NDJSON row per session with the additive
agent/parent fields for scripts. repair <sessionId|path> rewrites
a bloated session file dropping the append-only custom ledgers
(--dry-run counts only).
