JsrCliCommand class final
The fa jsr <verb> subcommand (gh-1033): a pass-through to the
js_widget_runtime package's own agent CLI (bin/jsr_widget.dart).
The harness only resolves the package root and execs the child — zero
widget logic lives here (invariant I1), and everything after the verb
rides args VERBATIM (invariant I2): the flag surface is owned by the
jsr CLI and may drift without a fah release.
