DebugView class Rendering

One surface debug view: a SurfaceDebugChannel plus how its values are mapped to the screen.

Set on SceneDebugSettings.view for the whole scene, or on a Node to override the scene for that subtree (DebugView.none on a node excludes its subtree from an active scene view).
