isRequested property

bool get isRequested

Whether the app has asked for one — a field has focus, and the framework told the platform so.

Separate from isUp because the two genuinely differ, and reporting only one is how a control ends up lying: hide leaves this true with nothing on screen, and show leaves it false with a keyboard over a third of it.
