PusherErrorAction enum
Pusher error code classification for reconnection strategy.
Pusher protocol defines three error ranges that dictate how the client should respond after receiving an error frame.
Values
- fatal → const PusherErrorAction

4000–4099: Do not reconnect — the error is permanent.
- reconnectImmediate → const PusherErrorAction

4100–4199: Reconnect immediately without backoff.
- reconnectBackoff → const PusherErrorAction
