Constraints class final

Per-attribute constraints derived from schema-json + MM YAML.

The fields are populated as follows:

schema-json: required, optional, computed, sensitive, writeOnly, deprecationMessage
MM YAML: forceNew (immutable: true), enumValues, regex, minLength, maxLength, min, max
