trezor_flutter_web library

Web side of trezor_flutter: a USB packet pipe over WebUSB.

Registered by the Flutter tool for web builds; apps do not import this. It answers the same trezor_flutter/methods and trezor_flutter/events channels as the native plugins, so everything above TrezorPlatform runs unchanged in the browser.
